But, it still doesn’t discount that fact that Graham Stephan has a solid grasp on some (not all, but some) of the core ways to bring in “passive income.”

And we do have to give him props for being real about the whole rental properties part.

In his words:

[they] aren’t 100% passive..it still requires me to spend depositing rent checks each month… but seriously, I have everyone on staff to handle things as they come up. Maybe one hour of work per month, sometimes two.

I essentially keep my spending at the level I make from the rental properties so that everything else I earn from real estate can be re-invested to make more money. That way I can ramp up my investments and keep the portfolio growing.
