The ads dive deep into the psyche of the hypochondriac consumer:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;Hey, if you are having a problem with ____(<strong>x<\/strong>), just go tell you&#8217;re doctor you want him to get you___ (<strong>y<\/strong>) [their prescription pill)], and it will most likely cure___ (<strong>z<\/strong>).&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Yeah, the whole process if bassackwards.<\/p>\n<p>Truly, the holistic approach should be that a doctor assesses you first, overall, then recommends a a solution, hopefully, the last resort being a pharmaceutical.
