And this book (summarized in the video and available for purchase bellow) gives a lot of eye-opening (or emotionally-triggering) insights into why you keep getting in your own stupid way.<\/p>\n

And, yes, how to get out of it and live a charming, productive life.<\/p>\n

Entertaining, but also very ‘tough love’ in approach, this renegade self-improvement book is a must-have on your bookshelf.<\/p>\n
