If you haven’t read Dr. Robert Cialdini’s book on Persuasion, it might just change the way you think about marketing, or communication in general.

We used to teach some of this at Infusionsoft University and it always drove some really interesting conversations as people started identifying these different factors in their own lives.

The more you’re aware of stuff like this, the more you’ll see it, avoid it, embrace it, or leverage it.
